Kristina Mkhitaryan and Dmitry Korchak will perform with RNYSO
On June 20 in the Tchaikovsky Concert Hall a program of bel canto music will perform tenor Dmitry Korchak, who successfully combines an international solo career with conducting, and soprano Kristina Mkhitaryan, “Singer of the Year” according to the results of the Casta Diva opera award (2024). They will perform arias and duets from the operas Don Pasquale, Lucia di Lammermoor, La fille du régiment and L'elisir d'amore by Gaetano Donizetti, I Capuleti e i Montecchi by Vincenzo Bellini. Spanish maestro Jordi Bernaser will conduct the Russian National Youth Symphony Orchestra.
